Varying degree of that black jacket, I tried to put mostly his v-neck+comfy pants to get the point across. He wears red shoes with white bottoms and his pants aren't long enough to cover his ankles.
Tomura is a pale person with white hair and has a bad habit of scratching his neck and rubbing his eyes when he has access to them. Those are reflected and easily seen if he's not hiding his face and neck. Your character, should they see his actual face and not just the disembodied hand on his face plus a peeking eye will see easily that he has these features.

God yes, especially for me right now. I'll consider something dropped if it's a week old until it's picked up on. I will have to be backtagging when I can. There's two weeks in the month (possibly 3) where I am so scarce I'm hardly there.

In short, I will be limiting him by using the Chroma mechanic as necessary to do anything crazy. You can opt out of one or whatever ability you think may be too much for you. His decay is his primary defense, so we can agree they don't fight if you need.

Decay
His primary quirk. Decay is just as it sounds, it decays upon touch and in a new way that I willl leave out, even if it's older information I'd rather it stay vague. I'll be using Chroma limiters so that it's back to his five fingers until he's been here a lot longer as right now in canon he doesn't have to do that. In Prismatica Shigaraki will have to, for now, touch people with at least five fingers to start the decay process. The more time he spends in Prismatica and the more Chroma he obtains, that will change but not right out the gate.

All For One
All for One is a quirk stealing mechanic, that is the quirk. To steal other quirks and use them. This, for players who aren't BNHA/MHA can be discussed if you'd like him to temporarily or permanently take your power from you. I won't do this without permission and discussion. If this can help benefit you in another roleplay I'm not even involved in, I would be glad to help you, just give me a message so we can figure out why and whatnot. I won't be doing this right out the gate either, just for reference.

Search
He can use this quirk to search for other quirks. This is going to be on an opt in and opt out basis for every character. Please let me know both MHA/BNHA characters if this is alright to do.

Him Things
Super Regeneration
It's just as it sounds again, he can regenerate his body and his body parts almost instantly.
You don't have to fill out about this one, he's capable of it and it looks like it's a him thing, not an anyone else thing.

Air Cannon
I don't foresee the overuse of this like any of his other abilities. More than likely he'll be skulking around rather than wanting to out all the things he can do.
This is a him thing again. He's just not

Radio Waves
This one I'm going to be especially careful with. It's used to disrupt communication that uses radio waves or things like radio waves. If you wish for him to be able to do this, or would like it for something pertaining to a roleplay, please let me know. He can't do it on a mass scale out of the box though, I do want progression to let him grow in power.

Thank you thank you for filling this out. It's really helpful and I am so damn excited to see what hellish demand these two put on Prisma when I'm really ready to let him go. Having someone who encourages him is the worst thing someone could do best ever.
